Israel Kettlebells Lifting Club

Dear colleagues!
 

My name is Uri Hirsch; I am a Functional Training Coach, from Ramat Hasharon, Israel. I own and manage "Eitanim Kettlebells" - The Israeli Kettlebells Center, and I am the founder of the Israeli Kettlebells Organization

 
I conduct a training course for Kettlebell instruction in Israel and I am contacting you out of an interest for mutual recognition among organizations, meaning that instructors who are certified would be recognized between organizations (such as an international driving license). Therefore, instructors who have been certified by me in Israel can be certified by your organization abroad and therefore have an international Kettlebells instruction certification (each participant will pay for the additional certification)

I see such a coop as an opportunity for growth, and not a conflict of interests, as it will allow the Kettlebell method to develop further in non-English speaking countries

Please take the time to consider this offer. If you would like to participate in such a coop, then the next step would involve transferring to you the payment of each participant in my course who is interested in an international diploma

I see this matter as a great mutual opportunity to distribute and promote the Kettlebells throughout the non- English speaking countries

Course Program
The following is an example of my instructional course, Level 1  - 30 hours
 
Course objectives

Certification of Kettlebell instructors for group and individual training sessions

 
Each participant will gain the following form the instructional course
  1. Individual knowledge and understanding of Kettlebells, and forms of using it.
  2. History and background of Kettlebells.
  3. Working principals and safety requirements when training with Kettlebells.
  4. Understanding each and every exercise, and learning via constant training of the basic exercises.
  5. Developing a training program which is based on the Kettlebells' philosophy, building an exercise sessions.
  6. Acquire basic teaching techniques.
  7. Learning how to accept a new trainee.
  8. Practicing the Kettlebells, and watching other participants at "Eitanim Studio".
 
Participation Requirement
Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor or Equivalent is required.
First aid Course
Trainees with no relevant experience will have to complete a science course in order to get a diploma.
